U.S. shipping

Standard shipping is $8. Eligible orders totaling $70 or more qualify for free Standard shipping. Express shipping is $15. Available delivery options, discounts, taxes and the final total are shown at checkout.

Shipping availability is based on the delivery address entered at checkout. If no delivery option appears, contact us before placing an order.

Your delivery

Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. For a time-sensitive order or a delivery question, contact derek@craveperformance.com. Express refers to the selected shipping service and does not guarantee same-day dispatch.

Delivery problems

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos of the packaging and affected items. Keep the packaging while we review the issue.

Returns and order changes

Please contact us before returning any food product. Do not send products back without return instructions. For cancellations or address changes, contact us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after an order has been prepared or dispatched.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
